Duties and Responsibilities:

Examines and treats disorders and diseases of the immune system. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Determine the appropriate course of treatment for patients.

Salary:

$225,814 a year.  

Education: 

Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. May require at least 2-4 years of immunology/allergy experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Reflection:

            I would maybe consider this career because it pays a good. It is a high paying job. I also would choose this career for the sake of helping people. I also would want to do it because I have family that go to these and I would also like to be a help.
