Jeffrey Jordan, born on February 17, 1963 is an American former professional basketball
player, entrepreneur, and principle owner and chairman of the Charlotte
Hornets. Jordan played 15 seasons of professional basketball in the National
Basketball Association (NBA) for the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards.
Jordan is a legend in USA basketball. He is easily arguably the best player of
all time. He was able to do it all. He was able to score with such athleticism
and had such a great defense as well. He was drafted to the Bulls in 1984
winning his first championship in 1991, winning the next two years in a role as
well. He soon suffered family problems and retired in the beginning of 1993-94
season to become a baseball player his father had wanted him to be. He rejoined
the bulls in 1995 later becoming a champion again in 1996, 1997, and 1998. He retired
for his second time in 1999 after his last championship and later returned as a
Washington Wizard from 2001 to 2003. Jordan was accredited for many individual
awards as well. He won five Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, 10 All-NBA First
team designation, nine All-Defensive First Team honors,
fourteen NBA All-Star appearances, three All-Star Game MVP Awards, ten
scoring, three steals titles, six NBA Final MVP Awards, and the 1988 NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award.
